This section will cover:

Current Litter Photos of our most recent litter.

Pups for sale Photos of any pups that are available for rehoming.

Past Litters Photos of our past litters and where they are now.

The most recent litter that we have are from Dakota and Siena, our Dark Eyed Honey and Red Eyed Honey pair, the female REH has won 2nd in show, Best Opposite Sex and Best REH. The genetics of these two are:

AaCCeeGGPp x AaCCeeGGpp

They can produce Dark Eyed Honeys, Red Eyed Honeys, Nutmegs and Saffrons.

The Genetics of the offspring will be:

Dark Eyed Honey - AaCCeeGGPp or AACCeeGGPp

Red Eyed Honey - AaCCeeGGpp or AACCeeGGpp

Nutmeg - aaCCeeGGPp

Saffron - aaCCeeGGpp

As Saffrons are our primary goal, you can see that any that are bred are PURE Saffrons, with no unecessary recessives and so they will have excellent colour. The other colours are seconary goals, and so will carry recessives, this may push their colour off a little but in most cases not enough to be noticed, as the recessives they do have don't have a drastic effect on coat colour... If they were carrying g, then yes their coat would be effected. With the DEH and REH, it will be impossible to tell what recessives they are carrying unless they are bred with.

Pups for Rehoming

There are currently no pups for rehoming, however we have recently paired up Roma and Dakota and so are expecting some pups around 19th - 24th April.

Each pup is very friendly, they have been bred for temperament. Their parents are both very friendly and are happy to come onto my hand to come out and play. Each pup has been held from a young age and so by the time their eyes were open they had no fear of my hand or of anyone elses. They are not skittish, as can be expected from young animals, all round very friendly playful gerbils.

Adoption process

If you would like to adopt any of these pups then please email me here if possible, I would like a little information about yourself... Which I am sure most people would give anyway.

Pups will only be sold in pairs or trios, unless you have a lone gerbil that needs a friend then I will consider allowing you to take just one. I will have to ask for you to come to meet me for the pups as I do not have a car right now (perhaps in a year time I will). You have the choice of either meeting me at my house, or somewhere else of personal preferance or there are also Gerbil Shows that I shall be attending.

As I live in Sheffield with my boyfriend, we live very close to the city centre... Can easily walk back home, but it's up massively steep hills so we don't... Anyway, back to what I was saying, I live in Sheffield and so I will be attending shows around the area. The shows that I will be attending are:

Sheffield Show - Held in June and September

Bradford Championship Show - Held at Doncaster Race Course in January.

I was hoping to attend the London Championship this year, but unfortunately now it is at Reading it is too difficult for me to get to, plus it is held on the weekend of Pete and mines' 4 year anniversary... And they have rabbits there, I am highly allergic to rabbits :(

These Gerbils are bred from excellent lines, and in no way shape or form be sold to anyone who intends to feed them to their snakes or similar as live food - of which I would like to remind people in the UK that this is, infact ILLEGAL. As it causes injury to the snake, as often the gerbil will attack the snake if it is cornered (This is quite obviously why you don't find feeder mice and rats in petshops!!!).
